Beautiful stone fireplace, flat screen TV, six panel doors, walk in closet, tile floors plus the comfort of carpet in the bedrooms and living room, plus a huge covered deck with a gas grill. The master suite has a king size bed, his and her sinks in the master bathroom, a walk-in closet and it opens to the deck. Second bedroom has a full over queen bunk bed and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. In the master closet is also a queen size AERO mattress for extra sleeping plus 2 twin size Versa mats which accomodates children well. Non-smoking condo. No Pets, No bachelor or bachelorette parties permitted. This condo building is right in the middle of 2 outdoor pools for your use and a short walk from the resort where you will find the water park(which comes with 6 free passes daily), large hot tub, outdoor pool with a swim up bar, fitness center, arcade, zip line, and many places to eat right at this resort such as the Pickled Parrot Waterpark Cantina, Bracco Waterfront Grille & Island Bar, Beach Bar with live music on the weekends, Waters Edge American Grille with amazing steaks and seafood, and also the Blue Water Flatbread Pizza Company. There's also a huge dock system for fishing and boating at the resort or you're a short drive from all the many attractions and things to do in our wonderful Iowa Great Lakes Area.
